  • Not at all. Our walks are designed for all skill levels. Whether you’re shooting on a DSLR, mirrorless, or even a smartphone, you’ll pick up tips that help you get better photos. goes here

  • Most tours last around 2 hours. That includes short walks between locations, time for photography, and a few stories about the history and culture along the way.

    • A camera (any type) with a charged battery and spare memory card. Or any phone camera.

    • Comfortable walking shoes.

    • Weather-appropriate clothing (it is Scotland, after all).
      Optional: a lightweight tripod if you love long exposures.

  • Yes, though we recommend ages 10+ to get the most out of the photography aspect. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.

  • We’re in Scotland — rain is part of the experience! Tours go ahead in most weather, and rain often makes for dramatic, atmospheric photos. In the rare case of severe weather, we’ll contact you to reschedule.

    • Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before the tour.

    • No refund for cancellations within 24 hours.

    • Tours run rain or shine (unless extreme weather).
      For private or masterclass bookings, we’ll do our best to reschedule if something unexpected comes up.
